What’s Next?

Teaching yoga is something I love.

I’ve been subbing in different studios off and on for three years now. I’m a studio fairy. Every once and awhile I’d land and teach regularly scheduled kids classes. I had a hiccup at a studio and got a bad taste in my mouth for awhile. Anywho I’ve been back for two months now teaching not only a regularly scheduled family yoga class but a vinyasa for adults as well. And… I’ve been subbing a lot.

I think it’s good for me to stay active. By staying active I don’t necessarily mean working out but more so just active as in having things to do. I get bored easily. I like having a plan.

The thing that’s funny though is that a lot of the time I don’t want to do anything at all. What is that? I question it constantly. Is it a laziness factor that will just never go away? Why?

The getting up, getting ready and getting there is the hardest part. The doing it is challenging. The leaving is the greatest reward. Then when it’s over it’s an empty feeling of what’s next?
